• Email address and name — when you join the book waitlist or subscribe to the newsletter
• Technical metadata — browser type and referring URL, collected automatically when you submit the form

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not collect data beyond what is listed above.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Book waitlist & newsletter: — to send you the free chapter, launch notifications, and the updates you subscribed to (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent)

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely on servers located in the European Union. Email addresses for the waitlist and newsletter are managed through our email service provider (Brevo).

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Your data may be shared with:

• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) — our email service provider, for sending the confirmation email, the free chapter, and launch updates; based in the EU, with a data processing agreement (DPA) in place
• Hosting provider — for infrastructure (servers located in the EU)

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing — limit how we use your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
